Food you should try from Mcdonals if you want to stay healthy.

Some of Mcdonals food can be unhealthy and you could have high blood pressure and you can get obesity.Mcdonals offers alot of healthy choices.For breakfast some of their healthy foods for breakfast is  Egg McMuffin , English Muffin  and  new Fruit & Maple Oatmeal with 290 calories, 4.5 g fat, 1.5 g saturated fat, 0 g trans fat, 57 g carbohydrate, 5 g fiber and.TRY IT!!!!!!!!
